Do you accept exchanges or returns?
Our store works with a printing and fulfillment company that creates and ships items directly to you, so we don’t carry an inventory of our products. Unfortunately, that means we aren’t able to offer exchanges on products, so please ensure you review the sizing chart and double check your order before you click submit.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to process a return.
My item was damaged during shipping? What do I do?
Please contact us within a week if your order arrives damaged, and we’ll address the issue right away, either issuing you a full refund or sending you a replacement order. Send a picture of the product to us at email@example.com, along with the order number, and we’ll get the situation straightened out.
